The location here is ideal, right by the Aviant mall 🛍️. the breakfast spread is top-notch, offering a variety of delicious Japanese dishes, local cuisine, and even refreshing green smoothies.

The service was excellent. the room I booked was kept very clean. - the accommodation was in a very central location, easy to find taxis.

Friendly and helpful team overall, but one receptionist seemed a bit cranky. the rooms here are simple and practical, nothing fancy, just what you need for a good night's sleep. 😊

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the train station, which made it very convenient for my business trip. The breakfast provided a good variety of options and was delicious, especially the fresh juices. Additionally, the facilities on the 13th floor, including the snack bar and the mountain view, were a nice perk that I enjoyed.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the room space was quite small, which was a bit disappointing.

Opposite from Kyoto station, providing easy access to public transportation options. Cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent. Breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Incredible value for money, free upgrade to big room, beautiful Zen garden, helpful staff, great location opposite Kyoto station with direct entry, fluent English-speaking staff.

We had an incredible time at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, right next to the Kyoto train station and Avanti mall. The room was spacious and cozy, with a luxurious bathroom and amazing views of the city. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke fluent English. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. We also loved the convenience of luggage storage and the option to have our luggage delivered through Yamato services.

The only downside was that some staff members could have been friendlier.
